Yes. Core capture and migration works entirely offline. Cloud sync requires internet. Everything else is local-first.
No. The extension only activates on supported AI platforms. Background processing is minimal and hardware-adaptive — it stays idle when you're not on an AI platform.

Yes. Select your DeepSeek session in the extension, choose Claude as the target, and click Migrate. DeepSeek is a migration target (you can send context to it), and Claude supports both capture and receiving context.
